The Packaging vertical within NielsenIQ is looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused professional with a passion for data, insights, and customer engagement to join our growing team as a Client Engagement Manager , reporting into the Global Packaging Leader. This role will support strategic global clients by helping them maximize the value of NielsenIQ's data, platforms, and solutions while delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary client engagement point person for strategic clients, building strong and trusted relationships. Support clients in answering key business questions and making recommendations through the use of NielsenIQ data, platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools covering RMS, NPI, Omni and AI enabled enhancements. Proactively Analyze market, category, consumer, and industry data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights to take to strategic clients. Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, presentations, and insight-driven recommendations for clients. Partner with global Analytics and Operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client requests and projects. Translate complex datasets into clear business stories and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Delivering client training sessions and onboarding programs, helping users navigate and maximize NielsenIQ platforms, databases, dashboards, and reporting solutions. Drive adoption and engagement of NielsenIQ tools by educating clients on best practices and use cases. Identify and communicate market trends related to FMCG, Packaging, Sustainability, Retail, and eCommerce and work with the sales team to uncover additional solutions to sell. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support the continued growth of the Packaging vertical. Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, FMCG, Analytics Consulting, Customer Success, Client Services, Category Management, or Account Management. Bachelor's degree required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful business insights. Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and presenting findings to business stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with dashboards, analytics platforms, or business intelligence tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to details. Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Experience delivering client trainings, workshops, or platform enablement sessions is highly preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote and globally matrixed environment. Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) are required , as the role involves daily interaction with global stakeholders, international clients, and cross-functional teams. Previous experience with NielsenIQ solutions, consumer panel data, retail measurement data, or similar research platforms is a plus. Ideal Backgrounds Candidates coming from organizations such as NielsenIQ, Kantar, Ipsos, Circana, GfK, Dunnhumby, YouGov, Euromonitor, or Consumer Insights, Category Management, and Analytics teams within FMCG companies will be particularly relevant for this position. Requirements / Eligibility

  • Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and presenting findings to business stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with dashboards, analytics platforms, or business intelligence tools.
