Description

Ability to work with ambiguous requirements, identify gaps, uncover implicit business rules, and define comprehensive test coverage. Strong understanding of BDD and experience collaborating with Product Owners and Developers to create executable specifications using Cucumber/Gherkin . Thorough understanding of SDLC , Agile methodologies, and quality engineering practices. Ability to define and implement product-level test strategies, test plans, and quality gates. Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, configurable, and reusable test automation frameworks using TypeScript, Playwright, and Cucumber . Proficiency in utilizing test management and reporting tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Confluence , and automated reporting dashboards. Ability to participate in architecture and design discussions, ensuring solutions are testable, scalable, and maintainable. Experience defining and managing test data strategies across multiple environments. Strong root cause analysis skills for pre-production and production issues, with the ability to identify and close quality gaps. Ability to identify, communicate, and mitigate quality risks while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Experience validating deployments, monitoring application health, and supporting production quality through Grafana, OpenSearch, and K9s . Ability to collaborate with development, DevOps, and operations teams to troubleshoot complex issues and improve system reliability. Software Development Tools Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles.
