Description

The role is a key member of the Global Bosch Home Comfort SAP ERP IT team , responsible for delivering standardized, scalable, and high-quality SAP solutions across a complex global ERP landscape. The SAP environment under this role includes multiple SAP systems (ECC and S/4HANA), which will progressively be consolidated into a unified global SAP S/4HANA platform. This position plays a critical role in enabling and supporting this transformation. The role works across the full SAP application lifecycle – from strategy and design through implementation, optimization, and decommissioning – collaborating with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. As an SAP O2C (SD) subject matter expert, the role drives solution design, process standardization, and business–IT alignment, supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Conceptualization: Align SAP solutions with business and IT strategy Identify business opportunities, challenges, and improvement areas Develop business cases and conduct feasibility studies Manage demand intake, portfolio prioritization, and roadmap planning Identify and engage key stakeholders across business and IT Support budgeting, funding, and cost planning activities Design & Planning: Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and solution evaluation Define end-to-end SAP solution architecture aligned with global templates Drive UX/UI design to enhance user experience and adoption Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements Support project planning, scoping, and execution Participate in vendor selection and procurement processes Build, Deploy & Transition: Provide architectural oversight for development, testing, and deployment activities Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and enterprise standards Support quality assurance, User Acceptance testing and successful release to production Drive knowledge transfer and documentation, aligned to governance standards Run & Operate: Drive Service Request Management and delivery Support root cause analysis and continuous stabilization efforts Ensure alignment with operational support models and SLAs Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Monitor system & solution performance and capacity reviews Gather user feedback and drive feature enhancements Identify and execute cost optimization opportunities Phase-Out & Decommissioning: Develop and execute phase-out strategies for legacy SAP systems Plan and manage system decommissioning activities Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and users Oversee data migration, retention, and archiving Conduct post go-live and post-decommissioning reviews Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline SAP O2C (Sales and Distribution) experience , including full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation and/or rollouts Strong and hands-on experience in SAP O2C (Sales & Distribution) processes and solutions covering SAP-ECC, S4 HANA, and SAP-MDG, including: Master Data Management Order Management, Pricing, Billing Shipping and Logistics Execution, ATP Credit Management, Returns, and Disputes Strong knowledge of integration with FI, MM, PP, QM, PM, and external application Additional skills/experience preferred SAP Customer Service (CS) (Service Orders, Contracts, Installed Base) S/4HANA Warranty Management Advanced service or aftermarket processes SAP Variant Configuration (VC) Experience with EDI integrations and third-party applications Data migration ATP processes, Global trade, taxation, and localization requirements Benefícios da Bosch Programas de Bem-Estar e Saúde: avaliação preventiva anual, ambulatório dentro da localidade para atendimento durante o horário de trabalho, programa antitabagismo, programa de saúde mental, fisioterapia e curso de gestante Assistência médica e odontológica Política de reembolso para algumas condições especiais de saúde Subsídio para medicamentos através da Funcional Health Jornadas de trabalho flexível com política de home office (não aplicado para horistas) Short Friday para administrativo e horista do turno normal (apenas em Campinas) Participação nos…
