Description

To execute Product development work packages and Customer sub-projects for Conventional Diesel fuel injection ensure the work packages are completed meeting Time, Quality & cost targets. Product Engineering :- Execute development projects & series support and ensure engineering quality as per BES_PE standards and release the with necessary verification to ensure customer satisfaction. Project Management : Organize and Execute customer sub-projects and ensure high quality project delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in meetings with customers for technical alignments Quality And Risk Management :-Provide technical inputs, participate and contribute to resolving technical issues, ensuring product quality Notify possible Risks, Provide Information & Data on Development metrics report areas for improvement Knowledge Management :- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices related to Project management, sustainable product/system development and engineering Innovation Management :- Participate in Product innovation and continuous Process improvement, Implement innovative/creative concepts in development projects as Invention reports Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical or Related streams) 1-4 years experience in Product Development, Design, Product Functional Analysis & Investigation, Exposure to Project management work packages Good Knowledge in Product development process, Engineering Drawings, Design Standards and BES process Knowledge on standards/norms, Geometrical Dimension & Tolerating, Design, material, reliability Knowledge of IC engines and connected systems, Manufacturing, quality and procurement process of auto components Good knowledge of measurement systems, testing and calibration equipment, and measurement procedure Knowledge on Data analytics and Machine learning concepts Ability to think out of the box Good communication skills Aptitude for in-depth technical tasks Good analytical reasoning ability
