Second-Level Technical Support for Troubleshooting: Diagnoses and resolves faults and/or recurring issues in robotic systems, ensuring rapid equipment recovery. Provides specialized support to maintenance and production through structured failure analysis, root cause identification, and definition of effective actions to prevent recurrence.

Monitoring of Maintenance Indicators: Monitors the plant's main maintenance indicators (DT, MTTR, MTBF), analyzing trends and deviations to identify root causes. Proposes and implements actions in conjunction with the involved areas to ensure operational stability, eliminate recurring failures, and promote continuous improvement of data drive.
