Description

This programme support role combines partner coordination, administrative follow-through and data management. The successful candidate will help maintain reliable records, support partner engagement, and prepare information needed by project and management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain partnership records, programme trackers, contact lists, datasets and documentation.
  • Support coordination with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders.
  • Prepare routine updates, reports, meeting materials and data summaries.
  • Help improve data quality, filing, follow-up and administrative workflows for programme delivery.

Requirements / Eligibility

  • Experience in programme assistance, administration, partnerships, data management or project coordination.
  • Good spreadsheet, database, documentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow up across teams and manage multiple information streams accurately.
