Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Production Control Customer Fulfillment and Inventory Integrity Support professional to join our team in San Jose, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting production control operations, and ensuring seamless customer fulfillment processes. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, resolve discrepancies, and support the overall efficiency of our supply chain operations. The work schedule for this role will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with some overtime and weekend coverage as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and system reconciliations Process customer fulfillment orders with precision, verifying order accuracy and coordinating shipment logistics Communicate with customers shipment details Analyze inventory data and production metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, documenting root causes and implementing corrective actions Maintain organized records and documentation related to production control, inventory transactions, and fulfillment activities Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and timely order fulfillment Generate reports on inventory levels, production status, and fulfillment performance for management review Support the implementation and optimization of inventory management systems and processes Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all operational activities REQUIRED: Proven experience in inventory management, production control, or supply chain operations Proficiency with inventory management systems, MES and ERP software, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics Excellent organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality Solid understanding of production planning, inventory control, and fulfillment processes Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Capability to multitask and prioritize competing demands PREFERRED: Background in supply chain, logistics, or operations Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software WD is committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants and employees and will not discriminate against any applicant or employee based on their race, color, ancestry, religion (including religious dress and grooming standards), sex (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions, breastfeeding or related medical conditions), gender (including a person’s gender identity, gender expression, and gender-related appearance and behavior, whether or not stereotypically associated with the person’s assigned sex at birth), age, national origin, sexual orientation, medical condition, marital status (including domestic partnership status), physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, protected medical and family care leave, Civil Air Patrol status, military and veteran status, or other legally protected characteristics.
