Liaise with transport service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Monitor logistics performance indicators, including transport turnaround time, and freight costs. Lead and supervise factory operations while ensuring compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental OHSE standards. Build and lead a high-performing processing and logistics team to deliver operational excellence. KEY COMPETENCIES AND ATTRIBUTES Strong leadership and people management skills. Knowledge of seed processing, warehousing, and supply chain operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Sound knowledge of inventory management and logistics coordination. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight operational deadlines. Good understanding of occupational health and safety practices. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Agricultural Engineering, or a related field. Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Professional qualifications in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management will be an added advantage.
