Key Responsibilities: – Process Optimization: Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification to improve efficiency and reduce costs. – Data Analysis & Troubleshooting: Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends, troubleshoot operational issues, and propose solutions for continuous improvement. – Compliance & Safety: Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes while ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. – Technical Support: Provide technical support, training, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to production teams. – Risk & Cost Assessment: Perform risk assessments, process simulations, and cost estimations for manufacturing operations. Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in process engineering or a manufacturing environment. Professional Skills: Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Core Competencies: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; familiarity with Six Sigma or lean manufacturing principles is a plus Must hold a valid working permit in Malaysia.
