Description

UNICEF’s Global Shared Services Centre in Budapest is recruiting highly dedicated individuals for managing a range of transactional and administrative tasks related to the hiring, selection, and contracting cycle of individual consultants. The role involves active engagement with contracting managers in country offices, not only to process transactions but also to provide guidance on procedures and compliance.

The Systems Analyst consultant is required to support the development of various projects and deliverables, while ensuring effective knowledge transfer and capacity building for technical staff currently working at CEDSIF, IP and INAS,IP.

The consultant will support the implementation of UNICEF Guinea's PSEA Action Plan and the inter-agency PSEA Workplan through technical leadership, coordination, capacity strengthening, partner engagement, risk mitigation and monitoring. The assignment will contribute to strengthening safeguarding systems and ensuring the effective implementation of PSEA commitments across UNICEF programmes and the wider UN system in Guinea.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a responsive technical, financial or procurement submission based on the source documents.
