Job Title: Multi-Disciplined Asbestos Consultant Job Type: Permanent Locations: Field Based Role available in the following locations: West Midlands Hours : Monday to Friday 40 hours per week Salary: from £35,000 pa DOE & Company Vehicle Industry: Environmental We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Asbestos Consultant to join our team, supporting clients across a diverse range of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced asbestos professional who enjoys working across different types of consultancy, surveying and client-facing activities. Carry out asbestos surveys, sampling activities, and risk assessments in line with contractual requirements and industry best practice. Identify asbestos-containing materials (ACMs), assess associated risks, and provide clear recommendations on management or remediation measures. Produce accurate survey reports and ensure samples are processed and reports completed within agreed timescales.. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is technically knowledgeable, safety-focused and highly detail-oriented. You'll be confident working independently, travelling to and working on client sites; assessing asbestos risks and providing practical, compliant advice with a professional approach Essential Qualifications / Experience RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Asbestos Surveying OR P402 Qualification & P403 & P404 Qualification Full Driving License for use in the UK Minimum 6 months relevant work experience in Asbestos Surveying At SGS, we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and commitment.
