Description

Lead and mentor QA Engineers, ensuring adherence to quality standards, testing best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and quality assurance processes across multiple applications and releases. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Operations teams to ensure requirements are testable and meet business expectations. Drive test automation adoption, improve regression coverage, and optimize testing efficiency through modern QA tools and frameworks. Oversee functional, integration, performance, security, and user acceptance testing activities to ensure high-quality software delivery. Monitor and report key quality metrics such as defect leakage, test coverage, automation coverage, release readiness, and production stability. Manage defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality governance activities to reduce recurring issues and improve overall product reliability. Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, risk assessments, and release management activities while ensuring compliance with Eurofins quality standards.
