Description

Purpose of the Role Provide technical, analytical, and administrative support throughout the consultancy assignment by coordinating interviews, collecting data, conducting research, analyzing information, and preparing project documentation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate departmental interviews and meetings. Collect organizational and HR documentation. Review existing job descriptions. Support job analysis exercises. Compile and clean job evaluation data. Conduct desktop salary research and benchmarking. Prepare interview summaries and working papers. Assist in drafting reports and presentations. Maintain project documentation and records. Provide logistical support during stakeholder workshops. Support quality assurance activities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Psychology, or related field. Membership with IHRM Graduate or Associate Member and in good standing. 3–4 years' experience in HR consulting or HR operations. Exposure to job evaluation, HR analytics, organizational development, or compensation projects will be an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
