SUPPLY CHAIN & ANALYTICS CONSULTING Partner with business, global data, and IT teams. Connect supply chain processes, data, and technology to deliver scalable analytics solutions. ROADMAP & PRIORITISATION Own a transparent roadmap for analytics products, projects, and team development. Balance strategic ambition with pragmatic, value-focused delivery. BUDGET & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT Take entrepreneurial ownership of budgets, resources, and external partners. Ensure the right investments are made to create sustainable business value. OUTCOMES OVER OUTPUT Keep measurable business outcomes at the heart of every initiative. Challenge constructively and deliver analytics solutions that improve decision-making and operational performance. University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Analytics, Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Procurement, or Production, combined with a strong understanding of analytics, data products, and digital transformation. Fluent English skills; German is an advantage. Experience with SAP Analytics, SAP Business Data Cloud and/or Snowflake, including an understanding of SAP source-system data products and how they can be used to enable scalable analytics solutions. Several years of experience leading, developing, and motivating analytics, business solutions, or cross-functional delivery teams. Strong business understanding, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments across functions, markets, and seniority levels. Hands-on, pro-active mindset with the ability to challenge constructively. Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style. Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,879 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
