Our primary function is to deliver high quality in-person and online services that support students holistically. Our services include: Guidance and advice on being a student, Navigation of the University systems, spaces and processes, Information about study options, Support with applications and enrolments, Library & Student IT services. Our Hub Assistants provide a high standard of customer service, assistance and advice across a wide range of enquiries, helping current and prospective students to successfully navigate aspects of their student journey at the University of Auckland. Our team of Hub Assistants operate in a front-facing role being the first point of contact for our services. He kōrero mōu | About you We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team of Hub Assistants who: Are strong team players who work well in a team environment and are also self-starters, Demonstrate good customer service skills, Have the ability to solve problems creatively, Work well in a fast-paced, dynamic and professional environment, Demonstrate empathy and care for others, Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic that align with our values. Tai Tonga Student Hub opportunities: Vacancy 1 Shift Pattern: Tuesday – Friday 12:00PM-8:00PM Saturday 9:00AM-5:00PM Type: Permanent Position (37.5 Hours) Vacancy 2 Shift Pattern: Sunday 9:00AM-5:00PM Monday – Wednesday 9:00AM-5:00PM Type: Permanent Part-Time Position (30 Hours) We are also recruiting for casual positions.
