The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing resources, supply chain processes, and service standards across all operational areas. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all restaurant operations Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and output. Oversee day-to-day operational systems and workflows. Drive performance across outlets to maximize revenue and profitability. Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure supply chain efficiency. Partner with HR on staffing, performance management, and resource allocation. Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring quality of serviceQoS and compliance. Ensure adherence to GMP, HSE, and quality control standards. Contribute to product development and continuous process improvement. Track operational KPIs and drive accountability across teams. Ensure consistent food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards across all outlets. Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field Master’s Degree is an advantage At least 7 years’ experience in an operations leadership role, preferably in QSR, FMCG, or hospitality sectors Proven experience in product development and quality control processes Strong background in managing service standards QoS, GMP, and HSE compliance Demonstrated success in inventory, procurement, and supply chain management Experience in implementing performance tracking systems and driving operational KPIs.
