Description
Responsibilities: – Design HW architecture for INV – Design of power circuit, including driver – Desing of control circuit (μC interface definition, power supply, sampling circuit, monitoring circuit, etc…), power supply modules, output HSI(Hardware software interface) – Perform electric circuit simulation, support layout check, e-part selection and release support. – Maintain e-BOM – Perform HW test (PCBA function test, RT test, thermal test support, EMC optimize test) – Support EOL PAV – Responsible for FAM, FMEA, FMEDA (ASIL C related) – lead HW relevent troubleshooting with 8D method – interaction with mechanic design and software design • Master’s degree or above in Power Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics, etc. • understanding of automotive electronic components and control system • Knowledge of electrical vehicle E/E architecture and powertrain topology • Knowledge of power loss calculation, temperature evaluation, lifetime evaluation • Knowledge of electrical motor and its control • Knowledge of functional safety design • Can use professional software (e.g., Altium Designer/Cadence) • Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit • Good written and verbal English skills • Willingness to work and interact in international team • 该岗位内部推荐奖金为人民币3,000元整(仅限博世内部员工申请),具体请参见《博世中国内部推荐政策》 • Internal Referral bonus of this vacancy: RMB 3,000 (Valid only for Bosch associates).
