Our client, a leading regional service organization, is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven General Manager to oversee operations and drive business growth across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is an accomplished leader with strong commercial orientation, a deep understanding of service delivery, and a proven record of managing full P&L responsibility for at least five years. Experience managing operations across different countries will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: Lead commercial strategy and execution to drive sustainable growth. Oversee operational performance and ensure consistent service excellence. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability. Standardize processes and enhance operational efficiency across markets. Support regional expansion and manage business units in different countries. Provide strong leadership to functional teams and drive a culture of accountability. Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; an MBA is an added advantage. Minimum 8 years’ professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility, within HR consultancy, insurance, security, or other service-oriented industries. Strong track record in commercial management and service operations. Experience working in multi-country environments is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills.
