Your contribution to something big: Opportunity to work independently while collaborating effectively within international and multicultural teams; Develop, update and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and databases; Develop PME Dashboard for maturity evaluation of the whole organization; Test, enhance and improve existing dashboards; Create training videos with AI using Synthesia tool; Archive Legacy ISIR or PAPSO in the IT systems; Support the development and description of processes, flowcharts and work instructions. What distinguishes you: Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or similar; Strong knowledge of Professional MS Office; Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, VBA and IT tools in general; Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken; Strong analytical thinking and proactive approach; Ability to work and collaborate effectively within international and multidisciplinar teams.
