The role requires experience in petroleum downstream operations, terminal/depot activities, or fuel supply chain management, with strong knowledge of SAP transactions, inventory reconciliation, consumption analysis, and operational planning in compliance with industry HSE standards. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze fuel inventory levels across operational sites. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards. Conduct fuel consumption analysis and variance reporting. Develop forecasting models for fuel demand and replenishment planning. Support budget preparation and monitor fuel expenditure against approved budgets. Perform SAP transactions relating to inventory, procurement, and fuel movements. Generate management reports and KPI dashboards. Monitor stock reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies. Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize fuel distribution. Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations. Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE standards. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline. 3–5 years' experience in fuel operations, inventory analysis, logistics, or supply chain planning. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Advanced, Power BI, and SAP ERP. Experience with data visualization and dashboard development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent report writing and presentation skills. Knowledge of fuel inventory management systems is an advantage.
