Description

As part of our Plant Controlling team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment and contribute to both operational and digitalization topics. Your main responsibilities will include: Support Plant Controlling activities, including standard unit costing, Bill of Materials (BOM) comparison, and material cost variance analysis. Prepare routine cost tracking reports for plant management and department heads. Assist in monitoring capital expenditures (CAPEX), investment depreciation, and internal project tracking. Support PCOS (Planned Cost of Sales) calculations and related product cost evaluations. Contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives and cost optimization projects across value streams. Drive continuous improvement and digitalization projects using Power BI, Power Query, and emerging AI-based productivity tools. Analyze operational and financial data to support the team in delivering data-driven insights and process improvements. Master’s student, preferably studying Industrial Engineering Prior internship experience in Plant/Financial Controlling or Production areas is strongly preferred. Availability to work at least 4 days per week Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Excel VBA / Macros Advanced level of English Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and proactive working style Strong eagerness to learn and develop Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive improvements
