Job Summary KPMG is currently seeking a Contracting Supervisor to oversee contracting administration and execution activities, ensuring contract documentation, variations, supplier engagements, and contractual obligations are managed effectively to support business operations. Requirements You’re a strong candidate if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance or a related discipline; with a minimum of Second-Class Lower 2.2 GPA. Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in contracting, contract administration, procurement, or supply chain operations. Proficiency in data analytical tools e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel and enterprise systems e.g. ERP/SCM. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Relevant professional certifications e.g., CIPS, CIMA, CFA, Six Sigma will be an advantage. Experience working in oil & gas, energy, or large industrial environments is preferred. Demonstrated experience leading or supervising contract administration teams You’ll help our oil and gas clients succeed by: Overseeing contract administration activities across assigned contracts Ensuring contract documentation, amendments, variation, and contract records are maintained accurately Reviewing and approving contract administration outputs prepared by contracting officers Supervising and providing guidance to contracting officers Ensuring compliance with approved contracting procedures and governance requirements Supporting internal and external audits relating to contract administration activities Monitoring contract obligations, risks, and compliance requirements Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with contracting processes. Coordinating with vendors, contractor, legal teams, procurement teams, and operational stakeholders Prepare periodic reports on contract status, compliance, variations, and outstanding actions Resolving contracting-related operational issues to support uninterrupted service delivery.
