Description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the global Data Acquisition team and understand market data across all countries in Europe. Job Purpose This position executes the Data acquisition processes and sample maintenance of Consumer Panel households (30000) in Germany and works on our Panel expansion Project. This includes understanding and representing the local market conditions in the operations processes. This entails engaging local partners like Statistical Operations and Input validation teams to ensure smooth hand-offs in operations. Job Responsibilities Executes processes and associated project work for Germany. This includes execution activities that require a local presence (1 to 2 days per week), such as handling data queries requiring local review, local contacts, or language-specific support. Manages survey activities with panel members, including questionnaire testing, validation, launch, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with panel governance and quality standards. Maintains the panel sample, including recruitment planning and replacement requirements. Develops and implements panel member engagement and motivation initiatives (reward points, gifts, incentives, etc.), including the design, creation, and deployment of communication plans targeted at panel members. Acts as the local point of contact for global external service providers (e.g., helpdesk providers). Works in partnership with the country's Input Validation and Statistical Operations teams according to execution requirements defined in the operational playbooks and associated project work. Coordinates local operational activities in Germany and supports the Panel Expansion Project by driving initiatives, implementing local action plans, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to achieve project and business objectives.
