Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades on site. Manage day-to-day site activities during the finishing phase of construction. Ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and programme requirements. Coordinate subcontractors and monitor productivity. Conduct quality inspections and ensure all finishes meet required standards. Identify and resolve site-related issues efficiently. Monitor health and safety compliance across all finishing activities. Liaise with site management, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Assist with snagging, handover inspections, and close-out of defects. Ensure materials, labour, and equipment are effectively coordinated. Maintain accurate site records and progress reports. Minimum Requirements Minimum 5–10 years' experience in building construction. Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor , Finishing Foreman , or similar role. Strong experience on multi-storey residential construction projects . Extensive knowledge of building finishes, quality control, and construction sequencing. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
