Overall functional responsible for country unit logistics planning (customer demand planning / procurement) 1) Lead LOP department to ensure on-time delivery to customers: – Customer demand planning and order fulfillment – Procurement planning including IPN plant and third party suppliers 2) Logistic cost management and continuous cost optimization (inventory, freight cost) 3) Continuous improvement to strive for business excellence – Process improvement by SAP setting optimization, AMS2.0 & supply chain modeling – Efficiency improvement by digitalization & AI technology (ASN, EDI, MPM) – Transparent Information flow within the organization (S&OP meeting) 4) Team and people management (Culture transformation, competency management, talent development) 5) Report to local management, Sales unit in ASEAN and Business units in Germany) Business-level Japanese proficiency is a mandatory requirement.
