Shift: Building 11, B Team, Nights, 7PM – 7AM (2-2-3) Starting hiring rate: $22.47/hr plus $2/hr shift differential Are you a dependable, organized team player who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment? As a Material Handler at Avery Dennison, you will serve as the operational backbone of our plant. You will ensure our production lines run seamlessly by safely moving raw materials, operating warehouse equipment, and managing inventory across departments. What You’ll Do Supply Production: Pull bulk rolls using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principles to supply finishing and coating lines on schedule. Equipment & Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload trailers, move material racks, and stage goods. Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory transactions in our tracking system (MES/Oracle) to maintain stock integrity. Team Collaboration & Housekeeping: Work closely with cross-functional operators, support site 5S initiatives, and keep walkways and emergency exits clear. What You Bring High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience. Valid Forklift Operator experience or certification. Basic computer skills with the ability to learn MES/Oracle inventory tracking. Strong adaptability, resilience, and a safety-first mindset. Ability to work a 12-hour continuous schedule and overtime as needed. Preferred Skills 3 to 5 years of material handling or logistics experience. RCRA training or certification.
