Description

Accountabilities: Lead and manage the Operations team (Regulatory Operations managers and Product Chemist), setting priorities and ensuring delivery. Oversee team organization and talent management , including structure, capacity, succession planning, and individual development. Drive training and capability development across cross‑functional processes and systems. Set vision and strategy for Regulatory Operations , enabling product registrations across geographies and advancing digital transformation. Implement and optimize digital tools for registration planning, data management, portfolio tracking, and cross‑functional consultation. Establish regional operating standards aligned with global models, ensuring efficiency, data quality, and continuous improvement. Act as focal point with strategic partners , monitor KPIs, and manage budgets in coordination with global and commercial units. Required Qualifications: Educational background: University degree, preferably MSc or PhD. Regulatory expertise: 10+ years’ experience across geographies, with deep knowledge of R&D processes, agriculture, and crop protection. Understanding of R&D organisations and key processes involved in the development of new active ingredient and products Leadership experience: 5+ years managing teams, mentoring, and coaching; proven ability to lead change programs and cross‑functional initiatives. Digital and systems knowledge: Applied expertise in regulatory systems, data and knowledge management, plus familiarity with software development methodologies. Desired Qualifications: Strategic and operational skills: Strong strategic mindset, operational excellence, process improvement, and leveraging digital tools for efficiency.
