In 2023, it was announced that Massive Entertainment is leading the development of Tom Clancy's The Division 3. While we cannot unveil any details about the third entry in the series at this time, we are actively recruiting for the project. As a Senior Level Artist, you'll get the chance to use your artistic eye to create gameplay spaces that not only play well but look visually stunning too. Utilizing the power of our in-house game engine Snowdrop, you'll collaborate with fellow Artists, Tech Artists, and Level Designers, to create unique AAA game worlds. What You'll Do Environmental storytelling through set dressing; Distributing and prop 3D assets throughout the game for great composition and readability; Building 3D scenes for environments based on concept art and reference imagery; Collaborating with Level Design Teams to maintain gameplay requirements and Tech Art to maintain performance requirements; Maintaining quality, efficiency and consistency across your work. Knowledge sharing and constructive feedback within your team and for potential interns What You'll Bring You have a passion for video games. You enjoy working autonomously, and you know how to structure your tasks. You pay attention to quality and detail in your day-to-day work and have a problem-solving mindset. You co-operate and communicate efficiently with the other members of your team. Solid experience as an Environment/Level Artist You have experience in at least one AAA game development cycle Deep understanding of art fundamentals and design (including an understanding of composition, color theory, and lighting) Technical knowledge of 3D packages, texturing packages, and other game engines Solid understanding of the workflows required to create a PBR-ready asset.
