Optimize the noise of electrical drives: analyze for the main excitation, resonance modal, structure weak points…contributing the noise level, and find the optimized design for NVH otpimization 对现有电机噪声进行优化：找出影响噪声水平的主要激励源/共振模态/结构弱点……，并找出降低噪声的优化设计方案； 3. Lead NVH development for new products: Set up NVH targets with project team, Cooperate with design engineerfor NVH design, Identify possible NVH risks w/ support of simulation engineer, Find the solution for NVH problemduring sample phase, and Ensure the NVH target achievement. Requirement: 1. Master degree or above in Mechanical engineer, acoustics or related; 硕士以上学历，机械、声学或相关专业； 2. Solid theoretical knowledge on vibration mechanics and signal process; 扎实的振动力学和数字信号处理知识； 3. 2 years or above work or research experience on NVH related topics; 2年以上NVH 工作或课题经验； 4. Good communication skills in English, both oral and written; 良好的英语口语和写作技能。 5. Requirements / Eligibility

• Master degree or above in Mechanical engineer, acoustics or related; 硕士以上学历，机械、声学或相关专业； 2.
• Solid theoretical knowledge on vibration mechanics and signal process; 扎实的振动力学和数字信号处理知识； 3.
• 2 years or above work or research experience on NVH related topics; 2年以上NVH 工作或课题经验； 4.
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written; 良好的英语口语和写作技能。 5.
• Knowledge and experience on electrical drives is preferred.
