Description

Responsibilities: Content & Training Development: Create, produce, and support the development of various training materials, including videos, web-based trainings (WBTs), and written documentation. Digital Communication: Set up, design, and manage the internal social media platform to foster engagement and communication. Technology & Innovation: Utilize and implement modern AI tools to enhance communication, visualization, and content creation workflows. Project & Team Support: Support the execution of internal communication concepts within the department. Perform operational tasks in project management and support the distribution of quality documents. Contribute to the conceptual development of database structures. Degree in Communication Design, Media, Film, Marketing, or a comparable field of study Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, animation, video production, and web-based training (WBT) creation High proficiency in graphic and video design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Powtoon, GIMP) Strong active engagement and experience with AI-assisted visualisation and video generation tools (e.g., Google Veo) Very good MS Office skills Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with quick comprehension Strong team player with the ability to work highly independently Excellent command of English (written and spoken); German language skills are a distinct advantage Why Join Us?
