This is an exciting opportunity to join our Queensland Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and work on a commercial and industrial portfolio located on the Gold Coast. This role is based out of the Colliers Gold Coast office. The key responsibilities will include: Maintain the assets, plant, and equipment to ensure optimal asset performance, efficiency, life cycle planning and functionality Drive best practice by collaborating, managing, and administering the Colliers – Nationally driven comprehensive compliance program, particularly in regards-to risk management for critical site operations, it’s occupants and processes. Manage the relevant budget expenditure for the assets in collaboration with the property management team. Negotiate maintenance contracts, facilitate, and manage services tenders, provide expenditure and performance data for regular monthly and quarterly reporting requirements to clients. Actively maintain compliance with regard-to OH&S obligations, completing audits and reviews as required by Colliers, the client and the relevant legislation To excel in this position, you will ideally have: Strong interpersonal and relationship skills and the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, clients, body Corporate committees and contractors. Good problem-solving skills and able to resolve issues quickly and autonomously Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications (preferred but not essential) Knowledge of industry best practice, sustainability, and legislative compliance Good building services operational and technical knowledge and risk management experience You will benefit from a professional, learning based environment offering excellent long-term career opportunities and a competitive salary package.
