Perform valuation exercises using DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, and other relevant methodologies. Investment & Business Analysis: Conduct financial due diligence and investment analysis for prospective projects. Analyze financial statements and identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities. Prepare investment memoranda, feasibility studies, and commercial assessments. Evaluate project viability and provide recommendations to support investment decisions. Strategic Finance & Planning: Support budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities. Develop business cases for new projects and strategic initiatives. Monitor project financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend financial improvements. Research & Market Intelligence: Conduct industry, market, and competitor research. Analyze macroeconomic trends and sector developments. Gather financial intelligence to support investment and advisory engagements. Reporting & Stakeholder Support: Prepare financial dashboards, reports, and executive presentations. Support funding proposals, investor presentations, and financing documentation. Present financial insights clearly to internal teams and senior management. Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and external stakeholders on financial aspects of engagements.
