KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Reporting & Management across FM operations, project sites, and procurement units. Annual Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control for all contracts, procurement deals, and projects. Project & Contract Financial Oversight Cash Flow & Working Capital Management Procurement & Vendor Financial Control Tax, Compliance & Risk Management Payroll, Systems adoption & Leadership QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS BSc in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field; professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA are highly desirable. Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax regulations and internal controls. 5-7 years accounting experience.
